产品简介: Hanks 液是生物学实验中常用的平衡 盐溶液 (Hanks Balanced Salt Solution,HBSS ),主要用于细胞培养取材时组织块的漂洗、细胞的漂洗、配制其他试剂等。而不能单独作为细胞组织培养液。
D-Hank's与Hank's的一个主要区别在于前者不含有钙和镁离子,因此D-Hank's可用于配制胰酶溶液(要求无钙镁离子)。
